Our Mission
Who Are We?
Mission Québec is the AEBEQ initiative dedicated to advancing the mission in Quebec. Our role is to recruit, train, and support missionaries and church planters so that every region of Quebec can be reached by the Gospel.
Our Vision: “Unreached No More”
Quebec is one of the most overlooked mission fields in North America.
Driven by a bold vision, we aspire to double the percentage of Francophones involved in Quebec evangelical churches, from 1% to 2%. Our ambition is reflected in our slogan, “Unreached No More,” symbolizing our hope to see Quebec become a nation that will no longer be considered unreached from a missiological perspective.
How We Act
Mission Québec is built around three concrete pillars:
The Megaphone
engages in recruitment, visionary trips, strategic partnerships, and promotion to make Quebec known as a mission field to the evangelical world.
The Control Tower
handles the assessment, preparation, integration, and deployment of all missionaries serving in partnership with MQ and the AEBEQ.
Church Planting
oversees the assessment of church planting candidates, as well as the training and coaching of planters. We also establish a solid financial support framework for Mission Québec’s Church planting projects, while providing personalized support for the mother Churches involved.
Why It Matters
The need is urgent. In Quebec, there is only one evangelical church for every 106,000 people. The majority of Quebecers have no one in their social circle to explain God’s love to them.
