John is from Pensacola, Florida, and serves at Église d’Aujourd’hui in Bécancour.

His ministry focuses on French language learning and the integration of missionaries and immigrants. With a unique method he has developed, he guides long-term missionaries through an integration course and personalized follow-up.

He is currently developing a French language program for interns at Académie Mouvement Jeunesse (AMJ), an intensive one-week program for short-term teams, as well as coaching support for missionaries in integration and those already deployed.

He has also expanded his mission by offering free French classes to immigrants who don’t have access to government services. His wife also teaches French, and together they support the integration of many families. John is married to Kimberly and is the proud father of little Henri Reneau.
